I have a dual bachelor's degree in Digital Media Production and English: Creative Writing, and an ongoing Project Management Professional certification. I have an abundance of experience as a writer, editor, and content strategist working to build brands in the digital space.
In my free time like to foster puppies, learn about edible plants, and play acoustic guitar.
I am still open to select freelance writing and design opportunities. To learn more about me, feel free to snoop around my website. Stay awhile, and read about my specialties below. ↓
I work for the Environmental Defense Fund as our Internal Communications Specialist, working with science, politics, DEI and climate experts to communicate their stories to 1000+ people.
I use our internal platform to run contests, generate opportunities for staff to interact such as slack campaigns, holiday playlists, anniversary celebrations and more.

As a Digital Media Production graduate from the State University of New York at New Paltz, a production assistant at NBC and Netflix and a photo intern at Reader's Digest, I was able to fine-tune my skills in Digital Media. Most recently, In 2020 I directed the documentary "Lovejoy to the Rescue."

In the last few years, I have been a Digital Editorial Director at multiple online outlets and writer for Reader's Digest and other publications. I was an entertainment writer and copyeditor at the New Paltz Oracle, and a staff editor and social media strategist for The Teller Magazine. I love stories that require a lot of research and lead me down research rabbit-holes. I enjoy writing profiles, reviewing lit and entertainment, and reporting on all things interesting. In my free time, I write fiction.

As an FM certified DJ and audio enthusiast, I spent most of my college years inside of a radio station. In addition to having a weekly music show at WFNP the Edge, I learned a lot about on-air etiquette and regional politics every weeknight as the Local News Director, and honed my PR skills as the Public Affairs and Promotions Director. At Townsquare Media in Poughkeepsie, I worked as a Promotions Intern. In this role I worked live events, produced drops and sweeps, and earned my chops in Adobe Audition.
